Choosing Sides?

Remember how I grew up in Salt Lake County? And how I grew up a Crimson girl following a tradition of Ute fans?

And then remember how I married a die-hard Boise State fan and became a fan of theirs too? (I mean how could I not? Do you know Kellen Moore? Do you know Coach Pete?!)

And remember how my husband said that I must choose between teams and I told him it'd be like choosing between families? Both would disown me for choosing either team. And then I didn't worry about it because they don't play in the same conference and would never play each other, right?

And then they both are chosen to play in the Maaco Las Vegas Bowl?

I could be unbiased and say I don't care who wins. I really could. But I LIVE and sleep next to a die hard fan.

So, I'm sorry to say, friends and family, that on December 22, 2010 I'll be wearing Orange and Blue.

But I will not forget where I come from!!!
